Anuja Mishra is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with over 20 years of experience across some of the largest FMCG organizations, shaping the growth of globally recognized brands. 

She currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd, where she leads brand building for companies like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., and BBlunt, targeting millennials and Gen Z through innovative storytelling and differentiated propositions.

Before joining Honasa, Mishra was Vice President and Head of Marketing for Personal Care & Hygiene at Godrej Consumer Products Limited from 2019 to 2022, where she oversaw strategic marketing initiatives and product launches, including campaigns for Godrej Protekt and Cinthol. Her leadership extended to managing product innovation and scaling marketing campaigns during the pandemic, balancing consumer safety needs with brand visibility.

Her decade-long tenure at PepsiCo (2009–2019) was marked by several high-impact projects. As Associate Marketing Director and Category Head, she drove the growth strategy for 7UP and Mirinda, steering large-scale campaigns and brand refresh initiatives. She led PepsiCo’s entry into the energy drink segment with the launch of Sting, which achieved market leadership within 10 months. Mishra also pioneered PepsiCo's foray into value-added hydration with Aquafina Vitamin Splash, aligning the portfolio with evolving consumer preferences.

Earlier in her career, she managed Lay’s, overseeing strategic planning, campaign execution, and the launch of Lay’s Maxx — one of PepsiCo Food’s most successful innovations. She also gained valuable sales experience as a Market Development Manager for PepsiCo and a National Account Manager at Nestlé, which honed her cross-functional leadership skills.

Mishra, who has a PGDM degree from MDI Gurgaon, holds expertise across  brand management, innovation strategy, and revenue management, with a strong consumer-centric approach. As a leader, she is known for her sharp communication skills, result-oriented mindset, and passion for developing high-performing teams.
