In her new position, Tripathyi will lead the group's corporate affairs and communications function, overseeing strategic communications, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management initiatives.
A seasoned communications professional, Tripathyi brings extensive expertise in external and internal communications, content creation, brand management, public relations, media relations, social media strategy, and crisis communications. Before transitioning into communications and marketing leadership roles, she spent more than a decade as a broadcast journalist, giving her a strong foundation in storytelling, media engagement, and public discourse.
Prior to joining Jakson Group, Tripathyi served as Chief Manager – Corporate Affairs at Sterlite Power, where she played a key role in driving the company's communications and stakeholder engagement efforts. Over the course of her career, she has also held leadership and communications roles at HCLTech, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and other organizations, building experience across corporate communications, public affairs, and strategic brand management.
