After 4 years with Edelman, Jonathan Hughes bid goodbye to Edelman to take on an exciting new challenge. He joined Edelman in 2021 as a senior advisor and took on the EMEA COO role at Edelman in 2023.
Hughes shared the news of his exit on LinkedIn, stating, “A bit of personal news so I hope you'll indulge me a little. After 4 great years with Edelman, I am leaving to take on an exciting new challenge. More to come on that later. As clients know, Edelman is an amazing agency with relentless ambition fuelled by some of the brightest, most talented people in the business. It has been an absolute privilege and honour to have been able to play a small part in its journey.”
Moreover, he is a strong and resilient global leader with over 25 years' experience working across EMEA and Asia. He excels in enhancing and protecting reputations of major brands through integrating earned, owned and paid media. In his career span, he has worked with leading organizations such as Golin, Weber Shandwick, KetchumPR, and others. Any updates about his new role are unannounced yet.
