Air India has announced the launch of its dedicated digital Newsroom, a platform designed to deliver the latest updates, stories, and insights from the airline and its community. This initiative is part of Air India’s broader transformation journey to modernize its image, strengthen its connection with stakeholders worldwide, revitalize its operations, brand identity, and customer service, and to re-establish itself as a preferred choice for international and domestic travel.
Partha Ghosh, the global head of communications for Air India, introduced the Newsroom on LinkedIn, stating, “As we take bolder steps in the airline's transformation journey, the Newsroom will play a vital role in relaying our stories to all of you.
