L’Oréal India has appointed Aditi Krishnan as the Head of External Communications, marking a new chapter in her communications career. In her new role, Krishnan will be responsible for driving the company’s external communications strategy, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and enhancing the beauty major’s corporate reputation in India.
She will report to Anasuya Ray, Chief Corporate Officer, L’Oréal India.
Prior to joining L’Oréal India, Krishnan served as Senior Manager – Communications at AB InBev India, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s communications agenda and brand narratives.
Bringing with her decades of experience in corporate communications, Krishnan has developed deep expertise in media relations, crisis communications, reputation management, impact storytelling, and strategic stakeholder engagement. Over the course of her career, she has worked across diverse sectors including FMCG, real estate, automotive, and financial services, building and executing communication strategies for leading organizations.
