Galderma India appoints Geetika Saxena as Head of Digital Strategy

Galderma India has named Geetika Saxena as its new Head of Digital Strategy. She brings more than 15 years of experience working across FMCG and consumer-focused businesses, with strong expertise in digital transformation, performance marketing, direct-to-consumer (D2C) models, and media planning.

Before joining Galderma India, Geetika held senior roles at leading global brands. Most recently, she worked with The LEGO Group across India and Emerging Asia, where she led end-to-end digital and media strategies across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. Her work included driving media planning, performance marketing, and brand advocacy. She also led multi-country D2C and quick-commerce initiatives, helping deliver strong gains in brand awareness, consideration, and customer conversion across e-commerce and new digital platforms.

Speaking about her approach, Geetika said that strong belief, consistent investment, and commitment are what shape successful brands and teams. She also highlighted her belief in diversity and inclusion, adding that motivated and happy teams are key to achieving exceptional outcomes.

In her new role, Geetika will lead Galderma India’s efforts to build a digital-first brand, placing digital at the center of brand growth and consumer engagement. She will focus on insight-driven strategies, innovation across products and customer experiences, and strengthening digital capabilities. As part of this journey, Galderma India is continuing to invest in digital talent, platforms, and skills to accelerate its transformation.
