Anita Bhat Zutshi joins Wipro Enterprises as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing 30 years of global finance leadership experience across diverse markets and industries.

Her role will encompass financial, IT and legal strategies of the company's two main businesses: Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, focusing on Home Care, Personal Care, Lighting, Seating and Foods business; and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, providing Hydraulic Solutions, Automation Solutions, Aerospace, Water Treatment, Additive Manufacturing and the recently added Electronic Materials.

Previously, Anita served as the Global CFO for Unilever’s €8 billion Ice Cream business, leading iconic brands such as Walls, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry’s across 76 countries. She played a pivotal role in revitalizing business performance, designing a value creation framework, and steering the financial and operational separation from Unilever. She was instrumental in establishing a future-ready competitive operating model and curated a finance leadership team for the new standalone entity.

Her career began at Hindustan Unilever in 1995, where she held key finance roles across business partnering, stewardship, and functional expertise. She became HUL’s first female Vice President in Finance in 2014 while serving as CFO for the Home and Personal Care business. Later, she took on global responsibilities as CFO for NAMETRUB (North Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus), where she delivered top-quartile performance in challenging environments. Anita has also served as a board member for several subsidiary and holding companies within Unilever.

Anita holds a B.Com from the University of Madras and an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai and is an ACMA-certified professional. She is a Harvard Alumnus, having completed the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
