Wingify, the global technology company, has appointed Mehernaz Dalal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In her new role, Mehernaz will work closely with CEO Sparsh Gupta, the leadership team, Everstone, and the Board to build the financial and operating platform that will support Wingify's next phase of global scale while enabling the company to pursue its long-term growth and strategic priorities.
Mehernaz brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience across PE-backed, listed, and founder-led businesses in APAC, EMEA, and North America. Her experience spans M&A, integrations, capital allocation, and business transformation.
