Abhilash Padival Joins Pocket FM as New CFO

  • Pocket FM has appointed Abhilash Padival as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to enhance its financial leadership during global expansion.
  • In his role, Padival will manage worldwide finance operations, including financial planning, capital strategy, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.
  • He joins Pocket FM from Bank of America, where he led the Consumer Internet Investment Banking practice for over seven years.
  • The company's CEO, Rohan Nayak, emphasized the importance of strengthening financial operations for long-term growth and innovation in AI-led storytelling.

Pocket FM has named Abhilash Padival as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as the audio entertainment platform looks to strengthen its financial leadership amid global expansion.

In his new role, Abhilash will oversee Pocket FM’s worldwide finance operations, including financial planning, capital strategy, investor engagement, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. He will be responsible for driving the company’s financial roadmap as it scales its international presence, accelerates investments in AI-led storytelling, and works towards building a global entertainment ecosystem, the company said in a statement.

Abhilash joins Pocket FM from Bank of America, where he spent over seven years and most recently headed the Consumer Internet Investment Banking practice.
