Unilever has promoted Hugo Rawlinson to Global Brand Director, Dove Men International. Rawlinson announced the move in a LinkedIn post, describing his focus on innovation-led marketing, premiumisation and transformation across the company’s global portfolio.
Rawlinson joined Unilever in 2012 as a Management Trainee in the UK and has since held several roles across the organisation. Before this elevation, he was International Lead for Dove Men.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Thomson Reuters and Valentino.
