Tiger Analytics has announced the appointment of Prakash Arunachalam as its Global Head of Operations. In this mandate of a Chief Operating Officer, Prakash will be responsible for increased holistic operational efficiency and agility to enable sustained business growth, and strengthen profitability.

Prakash brings deep operational leadership experience across large, global technology organizations. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Servion, where he was also a member of the Board.

Earlier, during his tenure at Virtusa and Polaris, he led large global teams, built hyperscaler partnerships, ran sales organisations and managed large-scale delivery. He has led large P&Ls at Polaris and Virtusa, and played a key role in acquisition and integration of the two organisations. His experience spans digital CX, automation, data, and AI, with significant depth in the BFSI sector.
