Swapnil Bajpai has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Swiggy Dineout and Scenes. He shared the announcement through a post on LinkedIn.
Expressing his excitement about the new role, Bajpai said he is pleased to take on the responsibility of leading Swiggy Dineout and Scenes as CEO. He officially assumed the position in April this year.
Prior to this appointment, Bajpai served as Senior Vice President and Business Head for Swiggy Dineout, Assure, and Lynk, where he was responsible for driving growth and business strategy across these verticals.
Bajpai has been a part of Swiggy since July 2019 and has played an important role in expanding several key business segments within the company.
Before joining Swiggy, he worked with leading consumer goods companies RB (Reckitt) and P&G, gaining extensive experience in business management, marketing, and operations.
