Suchita Salwan has shared on LinkedIn that she has stepped into a new role as Chief Customer Officer at Airtel. In this position, she will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening the brand across Airtel’s B2C businesses.
 
Announcing the move, Salwan said she is excited to join Airtel and lead its customer-focused growth and brand efforts. She added that her work is guided by impact, independence and people, and that Airtel offers all three at a scale that few organisations do. She also expressed her enthusiasm about working with a team known for its drive and resilience.
 
Ahead of this update, Salwan had posted about wrapping up her journey as the founder of LBB (Little Black Book). She noted that her 12-year entrepreneurial journey with LBB, along with three years of building businesses at Nykaa, had come to a close.
 
Salwan joined Nykaa in 2023 as Vice President – Content Led Commerce and was later elevated to Senior Vice President – Nykaa Luxe. Earlier in her career, she has worked with BBCW Channels and Wizcraft International Entertainment.
