- Laqshya Media Group has expanded its content division, Laqshya StoryWorks, with the appointments of Sanjay Nandan as Creative Head and Dhruv Bhattacharya as National Sales Head.

Laqshya Media Group has expanded its newly launched content division, Laqshya StoryWorks, with two senior hires. Sanjay Nandan has joined as Creative Head, while Dhruv Bhattacharya takes over as National Sales Head, leading revenue strategy and business growth.
Both Sanjay and Dhruv will work closely with vertical head Ravi Kudesia to build and scale the content division.
Commenting on the expansion, Alok Jalan, Chairman & Managing Director, Laqshya Media Group, said that the addition of Sanjay and Dhruv further reinforces the group’s vision for Laqshya StoryWorks as a robust content platform. He added that by combining strong creative capabilities with a clear monetisation approach, the company is well placed to deliver content that is both impactful and commercially effective for brands across platforms.
Sharing his perspective, Sanjay Nandan said that powerful storytelling lies at the heart of meaningful content. He noted that Laqshya’s focus on creativity and innovation provides an opportunity to experiment with new technologies such as AI, while staying rooted in strong storytelling fundamentals. The aim, he said, is to create engaging stories that connect with audiences across multiple platforms.
On the business front, Dhruv Bhattacharya brings over two decades of revenue leadership experience to support the studio’s growth. His career includes stints at ABP Network, Zee Telefilms, Amar Ujala and Dainik Bhaskar, where he led branded content initiatives, customised media solutions and event IP monetisation. At ABP Network, he headed Spotlight & Branded Content at a national level and received multiple awards for his leadership and performance.
Bhattacharya said that today’s brands are looking for content that works seamlessly across formats and delivers measurable outcomes. He added that Laqshya StoryWorks integrates creativity, data and monetisation from the outset, helping build scalable and business-focused storytelling models.
Both leaders will report to Atul Shrivastava, Director & CEO, Laqshya Media Group. Commenting on the development, Shrivastava said that content marketing and IP creation are becoming increasingly important in today’s media landscape. He added that bringing together leaders like Sanjay, Dhruv and Ravi will help create a strong content engine that blends creative thinking, revenue strategy and execution, ultimately strengthening client partnerships from concept to long-term content creation.
