The Board of Directors of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited (SABTNL), in its meeting held today, approved the appointment of Srivatsava Sunkara as Chairperson of the Company, effective 6 January 2026, as disclosed in the company’s regulatory filings.
Sunkara brings extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence and the development of Large Language Models (LLMs), with a proven track record of transforming organisational operations to enhance efficiency and foster innovation. He has no familial or professional relationship with any existing directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of director by any order of SEBI or other authorities.
The Board also accepted the resignation of Kiran Kumar Inampudi from the position of Chairperson, effective 6 January 2026. Inampudi has confirmed that he will continue to serve actively as an Executive Director of the Company.
