- MediBuddy has appointed Shalabh Shrivastava as Head of Operations, bringing over 20 years of experience in consumer technology, e-commerce, retail, and consulting.
- Shrivastava previously led product, design, and operations for Swiggy's driver organization and held significant roles at Flipkart, Reliance Retail, Cognizant, and Ernst & Young.
- In his new role, he will focus on enhancing systems and processes to support MediBuddy's healthcare network, emphasizing operations, technology-led automation, and execution capabilities.
- Co-founder and CEO Satish Kannan expressed confidence in Shrivastava's leadership to strengthen operations and improve healthcare accessibility for consumers.
MediBuddy has appointed Shalabh Shrivastava as Head of Operations. Most recently, he led product, design and operations for Swiggy’s driver organisation.
Shrivastava brings over two decades of experience across consumer technology, e-commerce, retail and consulting.
At MediBuddy, he will focus on strengthening the systems and processes that support the company’s growing healthcare network, with an emphasis on building more effective operations, technology-led automation and the execution capabilities needed to scale.

Before Swiggy, he spent more than a decade at Flipkart, holding leadership roles across first-mile, last-mile and third-party logistics before becoming VP & National Head of Large & Furniture Supply Chain. Earlier in his career, Shrivastava held roles at Reliance Retail, Cognizant and Ernst & Young, building experience across retail, consulting and investment banking.
