Satabdi Sharma Pathak has joined NDTV as Revenue Head – Strategic Initiatives & NDTV Good Times, according to sources familiar with the development. She will report to Rahul Shaw.
Pathak joins NDTV after an over seven-year stint at Republic Media Network, where she served as National Head and South Branch Head. She was responsible for monetisation and strategic partnerships across Republic TV, Republic Bharat, Republic Kannada and Republic Bangla, besides playing a key role in expanding the network's advertiser base and branded content business.
Prior to Republic, she held senior roles at The Chernin Group, HISTORY TV18, Times Network, TV Today Network and Magna Publishing.
During her career, she has built expertise in television advertising sales, integrated marketing solutions, branded content, influencer marketing, strategic partnerships and event monetisation. At Times Network, she handled revenue for the English news portfolio, including Times Now and Mirror Now, while at Magna Publishing she managed partnerships for marquee properties such as the Stardust Awards, Society Achievers Awards and Savvy Women Achievers Awards.
