Sarit Bose has taken on the role of Founder and Chief Product & Innovation Officer at Cebrion — a deep tech product development firm and incubator building enterprise-grade, AI-first products across risk and financial intelligence.

Cebrion has been set up with a clear purpose: to take enterprise products all the way from concept to commercial reality. Operating across India, Middle East, and the UK, that arc spans product strategy, AI product management, AI first SDLC & engineering, and go-to-market through strategic alliances with global system integrators and consulting firms.

Sarit owns it end to end. He has chosen to build in the category he knows best: AI-native governance, risk, and compliance.

The flagship offering is just one part of a wider incubation portfolio. Cebrion's bets also extend into AI-native risk-tech, pricing intelligence, and intelligent document processing, with delivery teams working across the UK and India. Sarit's mandate covers the complete arc of company building product vision and roadmap, ISV-style partnerships with global consulting firms and cloud ecosystems and embedding AI governance and responsible AI practices directly into how the products are shipped alongside P&L ownership and hiring.

This way of working is shaped by the leadership roles Sarit has held earlier in his career, across Cognizant, Prodapt and Protiviti, where he led Data & AI businesses. Along the way, he built first-party partnerships with Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud and Databricks, taking each from alliance formation through to co-sell execution.

Outside of his operating role, Sarit writes and speaks widely on enterprise AI adoption, AI governance and responsible AI, and the economics of GenAI.

He is a published author and writes The Data Rambler, a monthly blog on LinkedIn, is an MIT Sloan alum (AI: Implications for Business Strategy), and has previously served as a guest lecturer at Praxis Business School.
