Salesforce elevates Mankiran Chowhan as MD for India Sales

Salesforce has elevated Mankiran Chowhan as Managing Director (Sales), Salesforce India, as part of its strategy to strengthen its market presence and accelerate customer transformation across sectors.

Chowhan, who has over two decades of experience in enterprise technology, will now lead efforts to scale Salesforce’s AI‑first customer relationship management (CRM) offerings, deepen industry partnerships, and drive client value in India’s rapidly evolving digital economy, the company said in a statement.

Before joining Salesforce, Chowhan spent more than 15 years at Gartner, where she advised C‑suite executives across industries on growth and digital transformation. She later served as Managing Director at SAP Concur and was on the Board of Concur Technologies India.

At Salesforce, she has previously led verticals such as Financial Services and Consumer Industries and served on the global board of the Salesforce Women’s Network. She is also on the board of the Latika Roy Foundation, an NGO working with children with disabilities.

In her expanded role, Chowhan will be responsible for scaling Salesforce’s AI-first CRM offerings, strengthening industry partnerships, and driving value for clients in India's fast-evolving digital economy. Her appointment reflects Salesforce’s continued investment in high-growth markets and local leadership.
