R.S. Srinivas Jain elevated to Joint CEO at SBI Funds Management

SBI Funds Management Limited (SBIFML) has elevated R.S. Srinivas Jain to Joint Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 13, 2026.
According to the regulatory filing, the appointment was approved by the company’s board at a meeting held on October 13, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Jain previously served as Executive President and Chief of Strategy, Digital and Technology, Marketing and Head of Investor Relations at SBIFML. He joined the company on May 7, 2001, and has handled several functions during his tenure, including strategy, information technology, digital, marketing, investor relations, products, international business and sales.
He has more than 34 years of experience in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector, including 27 years in the mutual fund industry.
