RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group has appointed Harshad Jain as Chief Executive Officer of its FMCG business, effective October 12, 2026.
Jain brings over 35 years of leadership experience across aviation, media and entertainment, consumer businesses and telecommunications. His expertise spans P&L management, sales and marketing, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture management and digital transformation.
Most recently, Jain held advisory roles with the boards of several companies, supporting strategic growth, transformation and business expansion. Before that, he served as CEO – Non Aero at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd.
His previous stints include leadership roles at HT Media Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, World Space India and PepsiCo India.
He will be based at RPSG House and report to the group's Vice Chairman.
