Senior journalist Rajendra Tiwari has joined Live Eye News Service (LENS) as Executive Editor, e4m has learnt. He will head the newsroom oversee content verification, newsroom workflows and editorial standards at the emerging news video agency.
With over three decades of experience, Tiwari has held senior editorial positions at Dainik Bhaskar, Hindustan, Amar Ujala and Prabhat Khabar, where he served as Corporate Editor. His career spans Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, Chandigarh, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Bhopal, Indore, Raipur, Ranchi and Kolkata.
In recent years, he has been associated with digital journalism through UnBreaking, a YouTube-based news and political analysis platform. He also hosts Baat Darasal Ye Hai, a political analysis programme on The Wire.
LENS is developing a verified news footage marketplace connecting field reporters and stringers with broadcasters and digital publishers. The platform aims to provide editorially verified, rights-cleared video content through a structured licensing system while ensuring transparent compensation for contributors.
At LENS, Tiwari will focus on building editorial processes, verification mechanisms and newsroom delivery systems.
