- This marked Kamal's third tenure with NEWS18; he also oversaw digital and social media for NEWS18 URDU.
- He has been appointed Group Editor (News Gathering) for the newly launched channels NEWS LEADER and ZINGABAD under NEWS LEADER NETWORK.

At Network18, Rajeev Kamal held important responsibilities as editor of News18 Delhi NCR & J&K. He was also responsible for the channel's social and digital platforms. He also oversaw the digital and social platforms of NEWS18 URDU. This was his third stint with NEWS18.
Kamal has been appointed Group Editor (News Gathering) for NEWS LEADER and ZINGABAD, new channels launched under the banner of NEWS LEADER NETWORK.
Prior to Network18, Kamal served as a Senior Editor at ABP News. He held several important editorial positions, including Assignment Head at ABP News. Prior to taking over the assignment desk at ABP News, Rajiv Kamal served as Input Editor at ABP Ganga.
Rajeev Kamal has extensive experience in newsgathering, assignments, and regional news operations. He began his journalism career with Amar Ujala. He has previously worked with prestigious media outlets such as ETV Network, India News, and P7 News.
