Quint Digital Limited has announced a leadership transition at its material subsidiary, ListenFirst Media–Quintype Technologies Inc., effective 1 June 2026.
In a regulatory filing, the company said that Miranda McWeeney is stepping down from her role as Chief Executive Officer. She will, however, continue to be associated with the company in an advisory capacity as a member of its Advisory Board, where she will provide strategic guidance and support.
The company has appointed Rucha Pandit as the new Chief Executive Officer. Pandit is currently serving as Vice President – Tech Enabled Services and Partnerships at the firm.
