  • Times Network has appointed Nivesh Agarwal as Senior Editor (Editorial & Content), overseeing Guest Relations and Media Relations for Times Now and Times Now Navbharat.

Times Network has appointed Nivesh Agarwal as Senior Editor (Editorial & Content). In his new role, he will lead Guest Relations and Media Relations for Times Now and Times Now Navbharat, while also spearheading a range of strategic editorial initiatives and special projects across the network.

This marks Agarwal’s second stint with Times Network, having previously been associated with the organization earlier in his career.

Agarwal joins from CNN-News18 (Network18), where he headed Guest Relations and Media Relations and played a key role in driving several of the network’s marquee intellectual properties (IPs), events and special initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in television journalism and media management, he brings extensive expertise in editorial strategy, stakeholder engagement, guest acquisition, and large-scale event execution.

A journalism graduate, Agarwal also holds a post-graduate diploma in Public Relations and Marketing from YMCA and a degree in Law (LL.B.), bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to media, communications, and public affairs.

Over the course of his career, he has worked with some of India’s leading news channels, including Aaj Tak, India Today, Times Now, CNN-News18, Zee Media, NewsX and India News. With nearly seven years of experience at the India Today Group spanning two successful tenures, he contributed significantly to editorial outreach, guest management, and the delivery of high-impact content and programming.
