- Raymond A. Stauffer, Founder and CEO of Bluetile Games, has been appointed as the new CEO of Nazara Technologies, effective September 1, 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
- Stauffer will oversee daily operations, portfolio performance, and integration across various functions including product development and monetization.
- Both Mittersain and Stauffer emphasized the importance of Nazara's recent acquisitions and the company's trajectory in the gaming industry, with a focus on AI-enabled growth and maintaining entrepreneurial ownership.
Nitish Mittersain has stepped down from his role as CEO while continuing as Managing Director of Nazara Technologies. The Board has appointed Bluetile Games’ Founder & CEO Raymond A. Stauffer as Chief Executive Officer of Nazara Technologies Limited, effective 1 September 2026, subject to relevant regulatory approvals. He brings deep experience in AI-enabled game development, product operations, user acquisition, monetisation and capital-efficient global growth.
As CEO, Raymond will lead Nazara Group’s day-to-day operations, integration, portfolio performance and shared operating capabilities across product, data, artificial intelligence, user acquisition and monetisation.
Nitish Mittersain will continue as Founder and Managing Director, shaping Nazara’s long-term strategy, portfolio direction and key stakeholder relationships, while working closely with Raymond and the Board.
