Nitish Chopra has been elevated to Group President & Business Head at JK Cement (White Cement & Paints business). He shared the news of his promotion through a LinkedIn post.
“Happy to share that I've been promoted as 'Group President & Business Head' at JKCement (White Cement & Paints business)”, he stated in his LinkedIn post. Reflecting on his journey with the company, Chopra said, “Grateful for the fantastic journey of transformation and value-creation, and excited about the plethora of opportunities that lie ahead”, the post read.
Prior to his elevation, Chopra held the role of Business Head at the company.
Chopra has been associated with the company for over 18 years. He is a seasoned business leader and growth catalyst with vast experience in the building materials space with expertise in P&L management, sales, operations, business strategy, brand management and new business development.
During his tenure, he has spearheaded various business transformation initiatives, outlined the strategic roadmap of JK White Cement and incubated new revenue streams, while expanding the existing business. He has spearheaded the setting up of new business verticals including the fast-growing tile adhesive & grouts business and most recently the JK Cement’s foray in the decorative paints space.
