Mahima Kaul, Director of Public Policy at Netflix, has announced her departure from the company.
In a LinkedIn post, Kaul reflected on her time at Netflix, where she led the public policy function in India and helped build the company's Global Affairs presence in the country.
Before joining Netflix in 2024, Kaul led public policy for Bumble across the Asia-Pacific region. She previously spent six years at Twitter, where she established the company's public policy presence in India and South Asia.
Earlier in her career, Kaul served as Head, Cyber & Media Initiative at Observer Research Foundation. She has also held roles at TV News International, Digital Empowerment Foundation, among others.
