MakeMyTrip Names Mohit Kabra Group COO; Dipak Bohra Appointed as CFO

- MakeMyTrip has appointed Mohit Kabra as Group Chief Operating Officer and Dipak Bohra as Group Chief Financial Officer as part of its growth strategy.
- Kabra, previously Group CFO and with over 14 years at the company, will manage daily operations and drive efficiency across all business segments.
- Bohra, who has nearly 30 years of finance experience, including 23 years at Wipro, will oversee finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations as Group CFO.
- Both leaders will report to Rajesh Magow, Co-Founder and Group CEO, as the company aims to strengthen its leadership and explore new growth opportunities.
MakeMyTrip has announced key leadership changes as part of its growth strategy. The company has promoted Mohit Kabra to the role of Group Chief Operating Officer and appointed Dipak Bohra as the new Group Chief Financial Officer. These changes reflect MakeMyTrip’s focus on strengthening its leadership structure and driving long-term, scalable growth.
Rajesh Magow, Co-Founder and Group CEO of MakeMyTrip, said that Mohit’s strong understanding of the business and consistent performance make him well suited to lead operations across the organisation. He added that Dipak’s deep financial expertise will support the company as it works to strengthen its market position and explore new growth opportunities.
Mohit Kabra, who previously served as Group CFO and has been with the company for more than 14 years, has now taken on broader responsibilities as Group COO. He was also recently appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. In his new role, he will manage daily operations across all business segments, drive operational efficiency, and ensure coordination across the company’s different verticals. He will continue to report directly to Rajesh Magow.
At the same time, Dipak Bohra has stepped in as Group CFO with immediate effect. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Bohra spent 23 years at Wipro, where he led large teams across finance and investor relations functions. As Group CFO at MakeMyTrip, he will oversee finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations. He will report to Mohit Kabra.
Dipak Bohra is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
