Jose Leon has stepped into a new leadership chapter, taking over as Managing Partner & CEO, India at a confidential, stealth-mode global consulting platform built on deep tech and AI.

The company, currently in stealth mode, describes itself as a next-generation consulting platform that uses proprietary AI-driven methodologies to help companies solve their most complex strategic challenges.

In his new mandate, Leon will be responsible for expanding the India footprint, strengthening global partnerships, accelerating enterprise transformation programmes, and shaping the firm’s go-to-market strategy for one of its most critical growth regions. His role is expected to accelerate the organisation’s move from stealth into a scaled, visible global operation.

Leon brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning media, digital transformation, enterprise technology, and consulting. Prior to this appointment, he served as CEO of dentsu’s Retail Media Business, and earlier, as CEO of dentsu X India, where he led cross-functional teams across strategy, media, commerce, experience design, and data-led growth solutions. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at Valtech, Publicis Groupe’s Indigo Consulting, Adobe, Xerox, Riso Kagaku, Ricoh India, and Onida.
