Jennifer Cunningham has joined 3M as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
In this role, she will lead 3M’s global human resources organisation, including communications and community impact, focusing on the company’s people strategy, talent and culture.
Cunningham joined 3M from ADM, where she most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources, leading HR for the company’s global commercial businesses. She also held regional responsibility for ADM’s workforce across North America and Latin America.
She was associated with ADM for 23 years, holding various senior leadership roles. Before joining ADM, she worked with Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
