Unilever has reportedly roped in Diageo’s Global Head for Media, Content, Connections Planning, Isabel Massey as its Vice President of Integrated Brand Experiences. She reportedly fills in for Luis Di Como, who will move on from the company after over thirty years. Massey will reportedly join Unilever in October.

Massey joined Diageo in 2013 leading media and futures, Europe, before transitioning into Global Head of Media and Conent, Marketing in 2016. Before that, she was a media planning director at Vizeum.

Di Como was in charge of the FMCG giant’s global media spend and agency partnerships with media owners. He departs at a time when cost cutting and lay offs have been rampant in the business. Di Como joined Unilever in 1991 as finance associate based in Argentina. He became the Global Communication Planning Director in 2007.

Previously, Brand Officer and Equity Chief Aline Santos quit the organisation after over 35 tears.
