Hyun Shik Park has resigned as Chief Operations Officer at Ola Electric Mobility, effective 5 September 2026. According to the regulatory filing, he stepped down citing personal reasons.
Park was designated as a Senior Management Personnel at the company. His resignation was noted by Ola Electric’s board at its meeting on September 5.
The board meeting also approved the reappointment of Manoj Kumar Kohli and Shradha Sharma as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
In addition, the company approved an enabling resolution to raise up to Rs 1,500 crore through the issuance of equity shares and/or convertible securities, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
