Jubilant FoodWorks, the master franchisee for Domino's Pizza in India, has announced the resignation of its Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Narottam Sharma. The company said Sharma has decided to leave the organisation to pursue an external opportunity.
In a regulatory disclosure, Jubilant FoodWorks stated that Sharma will continue in his role until September 18, 2026, and that the process of identifying his replacement will be undertaken subsequently.
The filing noted that Sharma tendered his resignation through an email dated July 21, 2026. Apart from serving as CIO and Senior Vice President, he was also designated as Senior Managerial Personnel of the company. The disclosure further said that although Sharma had sought to be relieved from his duties at the close of business hours on September 1, 2026, the company has fixed September 18, 2026 as his final working day.
"The Board of Directors of the Company will appoint his successor in due course," Jubilant FoodWorks said in the filing.
In his resignation email to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Sameer Khetarpal, Sharma expressed gratitude to the company's leadership for the support he received during his stint at the organisation.
"I sincerely thank the management for the support extended to me during my tenure with the Company and wish the Company continued success in all its future endeavours," he wrote.
