- Following Nair's departure, Girish Taurani and Sushant Dalmia will serve as interim co-managers of the CEO responsibilities.
- Nair has over 25 years of experience in the music, digital, and technology sectors, including roles at TikTok, PPL India, and Sony Music India.
- His career began as a software developer, progressing through various roles in project management, operations, and sales.
TIPS Music Limited has announced that Hari Nair, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will resign from his position effective 30 April 2026 to pursue new opportunities.
Following Nair’s departure, the company has appointed Girish Taurani, Executive Director, and Sushant Dalmia, Chief Financial Officer, to jointly manage the responsibilities of the CEO on an interim basis.
Nair brings over 25 years of experience in the music, digital and technology sectors. Prior to joining TIPS Music, he was Head of TikTok Artist Services (SoundOn) for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia at Bytedance. He also served as Chief Digital Officer at PPL India and held multiple roles at Sony Music India.
Earlier in his career, Nair worked at Mauj Mobile, overseeing sales, mobile products, and direct-to-consumer operations. He began his professional journey as a software developer and gradually rose through roles in project management, operations, and sales to senior management positions in public listed companies.
