Balaji Telefilms Ltd has announced the resignation of its Group Head - Commercial & Administration, Hamavvand Chwda, in a regulatory filing.
The company said Chwda had stepped down from his position and ceased to be associated with the company with effect from 9 June 2026.
The company stated that the resignation was due to personal reasons. No successor to the role has been announced so far.
