Unicommerce has appointed Gaurav Juneja as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In his new role, Juneja will be responsible for shaping the company’s revenue strategy, expanding its sales and business development teams, strengthening customer relationships and identifying new growth opportunities.

He will also work on developing go-to-market strategies for new products and business areas, including B2B commerce, quick commerce and international expansion.

Juneja brings over 20 years of experience across consumer internet, financial services and retail. He has a mix of entrepreneurial experience and strong operational expertise. Before joining Unicommerce, he worked as CRO at Kapture.cx. Earlier, he held several senior positions, including Head of Digitisation at Google, Co-Founder of StarQuik, which was later acquired by Tata Trent, and Executive Director at Bryan, Garnier & Co. His career also includes stints at Reliance Retail, Lehman Brothers and Li & Fung India.

Commenting on the appointment, Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce, welcomed Juneja to the company’s leadership team. He said Juneja’s experience in digital transformation, along with his understanding of AI and data-driven strategies, will help Unicommerce as it enters its next phase of growth.

Juneja said he was excited to join Unicommerce and highlighted the company’s strong position as a technology partner for retail and e-commerce businesses. He added that his priorities will include deepening customer relationships, strengthening go-to-market strategies and supporting growth across both Indian and international markets.
