Unicommerce has named Gaurav Juneja as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, he will lead the company’s revenue strategy, grow the sales and business development teams, build stronger customer relationships, and explore new business opportunities.

He will also help design go-to-market plans for new offerings and segments such as B2B commerce, quick commerce, and global expansion.

Juneja brings more than 20 years of experience across consumer internet, financial services, and retail. He is known for combining an entrepreneurial approach with strong operational skills. Before joining Unicommerce, he served as CRO at Kapture.cx. Earlier, he held roles such as Head of Digitisation at Google, Co-Founder of StarQuik (later acquired by Tata Trent), and Executive Director at Bryan, Garnier & Co. He has also worked with Reliance Retail, Lehman Brothers, and Li & Fung India.

Commenting on the appointment, Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce, said he is pleased to welcome Juneja to the leadership team. He highlighted Juneja’s experience in driving digital transformation and using AI and data-led strategies as key strengths that will support the company’s next phase of growth.
