FyneHand Group has announced the appointment of Jaideep Ghosh as Group President — the man chosen to augment and accelerate a founder’s vision. His mandate spans the group’s full portfolio: Management Bets, Buyouts, Executive Search, Consulting, Advisory, Investment Advisory and M&A, across asset classes and group companies, according to a press release.
Jaideep brings to this role nearly three decades of senior leadership experience spanning management consulting, C-suite operations, and high-stakes strategic advisory — a career defined not by tenure, but by transformation. He has consistently been the person organisations turn to when the stakes are highest and the path forward demands both vision and rigour.
“His career reads like a masterclass in versatility and excellence. He built and led the Transport, Logistics, and TMT practices at KPMG as Partner and Industry Head, while also serving as COO of its Management Consulting division — one of the most demanding operational roles in the firm. Before KPMG, he held senior positions at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IBM Business Consulting, delivering strategy, large-scale transformation, and programme management for marquee clients across more than fifteen countries,” stated the release.
Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas —a law firm — Jaideep led every business function of the organisation and steered it through a landmark digital transformation.
Jaideep holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has completed advanced programmes in strategy and leadership at Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.
