- He previously worked at Criteo as Senior Manager of Sales, where he specialized in retail media monetization and programmatic collaboration ads for quick commerce platforms.
- Sen has prior experience at Flipkart, where he held roles in Brand Partnership & Monetization, and at Paytm Ads, leading the FMCG, D2C, and F&B verticals.
- His career also includes nearly six years at Star TV Network in ad sales and monetization, and he started at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.
Dibyendu Sen has joined Flipkart Minutes as Associate Director – Brand Partnerships & Monetization, where he will focus on driving brand partnerships and monetisation for Flipkart’s quick commerce business.
Sen joins Flipkart Minutes from Criteo, where he most recently served as Senior Manager – Sales, Enterprise. During his stint at Criteo, he worked on retail media monetisation across India, including programmatic collaboration ads across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and Zepto.
Prior to Criteo, Sen spent over two years at Flipkart, working across Brand Partnership & Monetization for FMCG and Home. In his last role there, he was Senior Manager II – Brand Partnership & Monetization, with PAN-India ownership of Grocery Ads monetisation.
Before returning to Flipkart, Sen was with Paytm Ads, where he led the FMCG, D2C and F&B vertical. He was also associated with Star TV Network for nearly six years, handling ad sales and monetisation across television and OTT properties.
Sen began his career with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.
In his new role at Flipkart Minutes, Sen is expected to leverage his experience across retail media, advertising monetisation and brand partnerships as the quick-commerce segment continues to expand its advertising ecosystem.
