DB Corp Limited has announced the date for its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company's AGM will be held on September 2, 2026
Shareholder approval will be sought at this AGM on several key proposals. These include the reappointment of Sudhir Agarwal as Managing Director for a term of five years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031.
Furthermore, approval of the audited financial results for the 2025-26 fiscal year, confirmation of the cost auditor's remuneration, and the reappointment of Pawan Agarwal, who is retiring, on a rotational basis, will also be decided.
DB Corp recently released its results for fiscal year 2025-26. The company's revenue increased slightly, but profitability remained under pressure.
The company also announced an equity dividend of ₹7 per share (70%) for shareholders. Shareholders will be consulted on all these important proposals at the AGM.
