Radico Khaitan's board has approved the designation of Sudhir Upadhyay, Chief Sales Officer, and Kunal Madan, Chief Marketing Officer, as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, effective July 28, 2026.
The decision was approved at the board meeting held on July 28, based on the recommendation of the company's Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Upadhyay, who has over 25 years of industry experience, has been associated with Radico Khaitan for more than a decade.
Madan brings over 20 years of experience across global sales and marketing. He has spent more than a decade with the company.
