Bidisha Karmakar has taken on a new role as Head of Design (Formals) at Allen Solly, a key brand under Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL).
Karmakar has been associated with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) for over a decade. In her most recent position, she led design for the casualwear segment as Head of Design (Casuals).
Prior to her long-standing journey with ABFRL, Karmakar worked with Splash Fashions Pvt. Ltd. as a Fashion Designer and served as Assistant Manager – Design at ColorPlus Fashions Limited.
