Arvind R P, who served as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at McDonald’s India, has stepped down from the company and is currently serving his notice period. This marks the end of his tenure of more than seven years with the organisation.
In a post on LinkedIn, Arvind wrote, “Looking back, many of the moments that stand out in my career aren’t just about outcomes or milestones — they’re about the incredible people who were a part of the journey. Whats more, i was lucky to be sorrounded by fantastic team members be it now at #McDonalds or earlier at #Kaya. Now ofcourse, friends.”
In his role as CBO, he was responsible for the profit and loss of the company’s South India operations.
With over 25 years of experience, he has worked across commercial, marketing and operational roles in sectors such as quick-service restaurants, beauty, fashion and FMCG, with a focus on business growth and brand development.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with organisations such as TVS Motor Company, Britannia Industries, Levi Strauss & Co. and Kaya.
