Ankit Kumar has been elevated as Department Head of Customer Experience (CX) at Hyundai Motor India Ltd.
Kumar will be leading integration of digital transformation with human-centric engagement. He will also leverage advanced analytics to decode unique preferences.
He was previously Assistant General Manager and was driving digital strategy development.
Ankit Kumar joined Hyundai after nearly 10 years at Maruti Suzuki.
