Amit Singh resigns from key HR role at NDTV

Amit Singh, a senior member of the HR team at NDTV, has tendered his resignation from the organization, according to reliable sources. He is currently serving his notice period. Singh had joined NDTV in December 2023 as an HR Business Partner.
While the reasons for his resignation remain undisclosed, industry sources indicate that Singh is set to join another major media organization in the near future. His next move, however, has not been officially confirmed.
Prior to his stint at NDTV, Singh was with Zee Media Corporation Limited, where he served as Assistant Vice President, HR. During his over ten-year journey at Zee Media, he played a significant role in the launch of several of the group’s channels and rose through the ranks, from joining as an Assistant Manager-HR in September 2013 to eventually becoming AVP-HR.
Before Zee Media, Singh worked with Etoos Academy Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive in HR and Administration. His early career included summer training as an HR Executive at the Essel Group, and he has also been associated with reputed organizations like IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and Tata Motors Ltd.
