Outdoor media company Simca Advertising Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on May 8, 2026, with the issue closing on May 12, according to the company’s announcement.

The IPO comprises a total issue size of ₹58.04 crore and will be listed on the NSE Emerge platform. The price band has been fixed at ₹174 to ₹183 per equity share.

The anchor investor portion will open a day earlier on May 7. The company is offering 31,71,600 equity shares as part of the issue.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 1,200 equity shares, with applications to be made in multiples of 600 shares thereafter. The lot size has been set at 600 shares.

Socradamus Capital is acting as the book running lead manager to the issue.

Simca Advertising operates in the outdoor advertising space, with a presence across billboards and transit media formats. The IPO is expected to support the company’s expansion and capital requirements as it scales its media inventory and market presence.
