Century OOH wins advertising media rights of Ranchi airport

Adding another feather to its cap, Century Group of Companies recently bagged media rights for Ranchi Airport. Interestingly, Ranchi Airport for the first time has been tendered for advertising rights, confirmed Shashi Kumar Chaudhary, founder, Century OOH.

“We already had 10 airport media rights and with Ranchi, we have added another achievement to our list. So, in India, all the media rights which are sold out to different licensee. Century has got highest number of airports. East India has 17 airports, out of 17 we have got 11 airports media rights. Since we have dominance in terms of media rights, this way any advertising agency or spender can concentrate more on Century to promote their service through this Airport Out of Home (AOOH),” Chaudhary shared.

In 2019, Century Group had expanded its footprints in the airport media space by acquiring exclusive advertising rights for ten airports including Shillong, Tezpur and Lilabari.

Chaudhary said that AOOH will be the mother of all media’s and that’s on the agenda until 2023. The company is planning to expand its business and in order to bag many more media rights.  “Our business of AOOH will grow drastically; gradually we are converting our airports into digital media. Airports will have traditional, digital, activation media,” Chaudhary said.
