Backpack manufacturer Arctic Fox ropes in Bhuvan Bam as brand ambassador

Arctic Fox takes the billboard route to catch everyone's attention for their new campaign, Dive In

Arctic Fox’s life size billboard at Dhaula Kuan metro station in Delhi is hard-to-miss. Arctic Fox, a leader in the backpack industry has recently roped in YouTube sensation Bhuvan Bam as their first and only brand ambassador for their new campaign Dive In. While Bam has been promoting his association with the brand on his YouTube channel and Instagram handles, the company took the billboard route to get everyone’s attention.

Rajiv Wadhwa, National Sales Head of Arctic Fox said, “We wanted to promote our brand and association with Bhuvan Bam on this platform. We have done various hoarding all across Delhi-NCR. We made our presence felt on digital platforms too. We have our own team who works round the year to make campaigns which are hard-to-miss.”

Though, initially the brand took the OOH route, but now the company is taking advantages of digital media too. They ran a contest on their social media handles and asked the audience to revert. Their Arctic Fox Instagram handle read –

‘Check out our brand ambassador, Bhuvan Bam, with our Combat Caribbean Sea Backpack! CONTEST ALERT! If you spot one of our billboards with Bhuvan Bam on it, you could get an exciting discount on this backpack! Here’s what you have to do:
1. Click a picture of the billboard
2. Share it on Instagram with the hashtags #arcticfoxindia and #bbaf
3. Follow our page
4. Caption the billboard
The three most creative captions will be chosen as our winners!’ 
 

 

Bam also took to his Instagram and YouTube page to share the news about his association. He shared a small video which shows him posing with the backpacks. In the video he says, “This is Bhuvan Bam, I am the first and only brand ambassador of Arctic Fox and cheers to the new beginnings. Artic and I stand for the same ideologies.”

When asked Wadhwa, if we will see more of such campaigns and billboards of Bhuvan, he said, “Definitely! By the month of November-December we will do more such campaigns on a larger scale.”
