Zee Anmol continues leading rural and overall market, Colors leads urban: BARC week 24

Naagin season 3 led the top five programmes list in overall and urban market of week 24

Zee Anmol continues to lead the overall market but witnessed a fall and recorded 772625 Impressions (000s) as against 803634 Impressions (000s) in week 23, followed by Sony Pal on second position with 616233 Impressions (000s) as against 651390 Impressions (000s) the previous week. Zee TV on third slot too saw a drop in ratings and registered 552159 Impressions (000s) as against 599049 Impressions (000s) last week as per week 24 ratings of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India.

In top five programmes, Naagin 3 continued to led the chart and garnered first position with 14103 Impressions (000s) followed by Zee TV's Kundali Bhagya on second spot with 11600 Impressions (000s) while Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya stood on number three with 11091 Impressions (000s). Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya bagged the fourth spot with 11044 Impressions (000s). Colors' another show, Dance Deewane maintained its fifth slot with 9000 Impressions (000s).

Hindi GEC Urban

In urban market, Colors continues to dominate the market with 370516 Impressions (000s) followed by Star Plus on second slot with 353092 Impressions (000s) and Zee TV on third position with 340684 Impressions (000s). Sab TV and Star Bharat bagged fourth and fifth slots with 270493 and 265175 Impressions (000s) respectively.

Colors’ Naagin 3 bagged first in top five programmes in week 24. The show recorded 9387 Impressions (000s). Zee TV's two shows Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya grabbed second and third spots with 6896 and 6693 Impressions (000s). Colors’ Dance Deewane stood at number four with 6305 Impressions (000s) and Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlta Hai was on fifth with 5597 Impressions (000s).

Hindi GEC Rural

Zee Anmol continued to lead the rural market with 597016 Impressions (000s) followed by Sony Pal on second slot with 416989 Impressions (000s) and Star Utsav was on the third spot with 330413 Impressions (000s). Rishtey and Star Bharat stood on the fourth and fifth slots with 329890 Impressions (000s) and 279594 Impressions (000s), respectively.

Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya bagged the first spot with 8867 Impressions (000s), followed by Mahek on number two with 5757 Impressions (000s). Sony Pal’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma stood at number three with 5106 Impressions (000s) and Colors’ Naagin 3 fell to number four from second rank in previous week and registered 4716 Impressions. Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya stood on fifth spot with 4704 Impressions (000s).
