Pakistan has banned the broadcast of Zee News within its territory, according to media reports. The decision follows the channel's extensive coverage of Operation Sindoor, during which the Indian Army targeted and destroyed nine terror camps in Pakistan.
Operation Sindoor carried out in the wee hours of May 7 was India’s response to the deadly Pahalgam terror attack that claimed lives of 26 civilians.
The 26-minute operation, executed between 1:04am and 1:30am, struck nine terrorist camps, including key installations like the Lashkar-e-Taiba headquarters in Muridke and Jaish-e-Mohammed's base in Bahawalpur.
